First,sorry if I too offended here 
I have idea for Rankings. For the player who always play in the server,the level should set to 1 for regular by the admins.And if some players give too much helpful & tips to the clan like both server and forum,the level should set to 2 for V.I.P or Friend of Clan.  If some member of clan want to leave because inactive or accident,the level also set to V.I.P or Friend of Clan.
Lv1 - Server Regular
Lv2 - V.I.P or Friend of Clan

I think the better idea would be to add the 1lvl commands.
Such as:
! crybayby
! chicken
! pants

Sorry to answer you so late.
I think that about those commands aren't necessary for player with adminlvl1.
Those commands are only for clan members, cause are more "mature", i mean about abuse and spamming!
but if u have good reason we can continue to talk about that.
